The AGM offered a chance to look back a fruitful 2nd half in 2018, as well as citing an energetic 2019 for kick-off.
The AGM retrieved the past half year on major milestones, as well as lesson-and-learn to mapping for the forthcoming 6 months.  
President reported the mid-term review with performance of  6 board meetings, major volunteer project on Dove Hospice, 5 speakers and more importantly, positioned Fiji Oxygen as anchor project
For 2019, kick-offs on Fiji Oxygen on early Feb, subsequently on Panmure Basin Fun Day, along with Rotary Day in mid March, then place D9920 District Conference in Napier, then complete by RI Conference in Hamburg in June; don’t miss out the early-bird registration
 
Oxygen Project report: • Partnering with RC Remuera to involve RCs in Taiwan via Gary, and leveraging with cluster clubs for promotions
 
Raffle book status to recruit 10 donors from Hospitality, Healthcare, Food & Beverages, Retails and Technology industries to contribute Raffle book at value of NZD 5,000 with retail rate cards. It is scheduled to produce by end of January 2019 for intensive sales for 3 months.
 
Treasurer presented the Financial Report 2018, which was granted by members
 
Club Officers on
- Community services (Clement) to implement Dove Hospice monthly, plus ERK Packing (July) and Pink Ribbon (Oct) 
- Youth services (Ken)  to schedule Youth project on April 2019, which is developed on campus more on society
- Public Relation (Madison) - Oxygen Project fund raising is developing, Rotary Day is now on concept stage to involve Cluster clubs and more
 
Election of Office Bearers (2019-2020) • PE Walter will introduce till early 2019
PP reminded considering the development of 5-year Club Presidential leadership plan for our Club to nominate and assess potential members

- Encouragement to join Paul Harris Society to enrol 3 candidates at present with landing project:
* Teri on Water Sanitation in Taiwan
* Evelyn on Fiji Oxygen and
* Janet on End Polio  
Plus, President Janet wishes mining schemes of nomination to award the Paul Harris to club members who deliver outstanding performance by Club credit points besides
applicant’s funding (e.g. Secret ballot for nomination and votes by board members). Welcome more new inputs  
 
Charitable Trust 
- Charitable Trust 2018-19 chaired by Diamond; the other board members Ronald, Kitty, Eric and Janet
- Discussion on how to find an honorary NGO-pro auditor to strengthening its operations (consults Clement)  
- Treasurer Sandy urged Trustee meeting to avoid overdue of annual report e.g. tax refund schemes
