25th October 2018, the monthly meeting for October primarily update the status of Oxygen Project in partnership with RC Remuera and CureKids Fiji. RC Auckland South has weighted the Oxygen as one of the anchor fund raising project and it came to an ideation, structure and campaign development throughout the year. It is approaching a timing to heads-up with some leaders in Chinese communities to be scheduled in November.
Identified and recommended by Janet Lee, Madison Chang as new member applies to join RC Auckland South, came and presented his bio and dream about being a Rotarian with conviction and commitment. His consulting expertise in communication/social media/PR fields in Greater China and New Zealand is expected to enhance RC Auckland South leveraging with other Clubs on PR function and widely connects with communities more than Chinese ones. He is now entering Rotary world by piloting the Oxygen Project. His membership is expected to be consented some time later, while he is now the Friends of Rotary Clubs.

Janet also heads-up our participation for a meaningful event of "Fun Run Walk" with RC Highbrook on Wednesday 20th February 2019. Ravinder Manilal from RC Highbrook invited RC Auckland South to join and will further discuss how to involve with other leveraging efforts. More information to come through further exchanges. RC Highbrook also expressed the goodwill and sincerity to join us for broadening the connection to the Asian communities.
